Anika Patel is an seasoned strategic finance and operations leader with demonstrated experience providing advisory services to Fortune 500 and venture backed companies. Strengths include raising capital, establishing financial/ operational processes and reporting requirements, and developing highly effective teams.

As an executive adviser to numerous venture backed companies she has established financial infrastructures and assessed resource requirements. By building teams for sustainable operations, she have been able to transform financial management that ensures business scalability. Additionally, she has led process re-engineering, corrected excessive operating costs, identified growth opportunities and executed strategic initiatives. She is skilled in scaling, managing and mentoring teams and am proactive in cross-functional teamwork and communicating the finance group’s role in an overall company strategy and vision.

Previously, she worked in corporate finance at Deloitte where she provided financial advisory services to Fortune 500 companies within the Technology, Media, & Telecom and Financial Services sector. She helped these key clients navigate complex mergers and acquisitions and company restructures and developed strategic alternatives to distressed businesses by analyzing their operating budgets and financial statements. Anika holds a MBA from Fordham University and a BA from George Washington University.
