Tony Peterson

 

Tony has more than 35 years of varied corporate and entrepreneurial experience. For the past five years, Tony has operated a small business financial and accounting consulting practice, focused on early-stage development and turnaround situations. From 2005 to 2008, Tony served as CFO/Controller for Integrated Cleaning Systems International, Inc., an importer and national distributor of car wash equipment. For the five years prior, he was Partner and Chief Financial Officer of the 50-Degree Company, a manufacturer of safety apparel products, and Pacific Helmets North America, an importer and distributor of fire and rescue helmets. From 1998 to 2000, Tony served as CFO/Controller of Teleservices Internet Group, a publicly-traded developer of internet-based marketing programs for corporate and non-for-profit organizations. Tony operated his own financial consulting practice from 1985 to 1998, assisting a variety of client companies in a broad range of activities, including writing business plans, assisting with the obtaining of debt and equity financing and establishing accounting and administrative systems. In addition, he worked with a number of startup and early-stage operations, serving in various financial and operating capacities. Tony holds a Master of Arts degree in International Business from Webster University, St. Louis; an MBA from the University of Colorado, Denver; and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado, Denver.
